How to use
Share your incomes with a producer
Insert a production agreement to your records
To add a production agreement to your records, go to your records and modify the record you want to add the agreement. Scroll down the configuration page until you reach the section production agreement and click on Add profile. Insert the profile of your producer and propose the commission. Once you have added the profile, click on Save at the bottom of the page to confirm changes. Finally, launch the negotiations with the producer by clicking on the link Authorize related to the Production Agreement of the modified record.
Authorization and negotiations
Launched the negotiations through the method described above, you will bargain the commission with your producer. During a negotiation you can approve, reject or relaunch the offer until you reach an agreement. Once the agreement is approved by both parties, the split of the earnings will be applied as agreed.
Modify and delete
It's not possible to modify or delete a production agreement once approved by both parties through the negotiations. This limit is necessary to protect the integrity of the agreement in future. If you want to delete an approved agreement, you phisically need to delete and recreate the album or compilation connected to the agreement.
The commission of the producer must be agreed by the users in a range between 1% and 99% of the profit margin.
Split of Earnings
How gain is shared in albums and compilations
In case of sale, iGreebo splits the incomes and credit automatically the amounts agreed in between the parties to the credit of each user. The split of the earnings works different if you sell album or compilation. iGreebo will never charge any commission on the agreements in between users.
Split on sales of albums
The producer's commission is calculated on the sale price of the album.
Split on sales of compilations
The producer's commission is calculated on the profit margin of the compilation.
