By shopping on iGreebo you will be charged only for the commission of the payment service. This way allows sellers to keep prices lower, which means a benefit for everybody. The costs of the payment service are clearly indicated during the checkout process and you can see them also later by accessing to your purchases. For your safety iGreebo uses PayPal as the only payment method. In this way you don't have to provide your credit card information. In case of currency exchanges additional fees are possible.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund
You have 14 days to withdraw your purchases according to the european directives. You will receive the refund in maximum 40 days on the same payment method you used to purchase. The refund is free of charge for the purchaser and includes also the PayPal fees in proportion to the amount refunded. If a refund is done more than 40 days after the purchase, the amount will be returned in any case on the user's credit. When necessary, you will pay the shipping costs to send back the purchased goods that you want to withdraw.

You can sell your contents on the iGreebo's social marketplace by using the profiles. Thanks to the multi-merchant shopping cart, users can do an unique payment also when they purchase more products from different providers. The payment fees are charged to the purchaser, for this reason you will be able to keep the prices lower, which means a benefit for everybody. In any case, iGreebo will never ask you to pay a fixed cost to be able to sell on the marketplace.

Commissions on Sales
The contents you can sell and the relative commissions are listed in the following table. Fees are paid by the seller just when the sale is definitively concluded and are not paid in case of refund or withdrawal. Every kind of content you can sell has particular conditions that you have to agree and accept before publishing online.

Zero fees on Trade Agreements
By using the trade agreements and network marketing features iGreebo allows you to share your incomes with other users and create a sales network. To complete the agreements in between you and other users you can use the negotiations. Every counterparty receives its part of credit immediately when a sale connected to a trade agreement is generated. In this case, the main seller can see the details of the split payment by accessing to the details of the sale in object. iGreebo will never charge any commission on your agreements.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund
The buyer has 14 days to withdraw his purchase according to the european directives. iGreebo allows you to manage total or partial refunds up to 40 days after the date of sale. The purchaser will receive the refund on the same payment method used for buying. Withdrawal and refund are free for the purchaser and cost 0,50€ for the seller. If necessary, the purchaser has to pay the shipping costs to send back the goods withdrawed, but this procedure can be managed also by the shipping company of the seller.

Reporting and Accountability
iGreebo provides to the seller a detailed report of costs and earnings. For every kind of income the system generates a VAT output register that can be printed and sent to the taxes advisor. This report includes also incomes from trade agreements and network marketing. Furthermore, a basic taxonomy vademecum for the declaration of incomes is available.

Thanks to the payout system sellers can transfer the credit of their sales on their PayPal account. The credit becomes available when the withdrawal period of 14 days is expired, in order to ensure the automation of a possible refund procedure. The credit becomes available immediately when the right of withdrawal is not provided or canceled in advance.

Transfer Modalities
To be enabled to transfer your funds it's necessary that you connect your PayPal account with the master data used in sales and complete the verification procedure. Once that your PayPal account is verified, you can transfer your credit in every moment by launching the specific procedure from the master data panel. You can also set to receive a periodic automated transfer when your credit reaches the threshold you choose. iGreebo reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence in order to verify the authenticity of the data provided.

Costs and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum amount the user can transfer is 25,00€. The maximum daily amount withdrawable for each master data owned by the user depends on the type of account. This value is shown in the following table. The net amount is transacted on the user's PayPal Account. On this transaction the user pays the standard PayPal fee, normally in between a maximum of 3,40% + 0,35€ and a minimum of 1,80% + 0,35€ depending on the monthly volume transacted. PayPal may charge additional fees based on nationality and currency of the user.

iGreebo uses different sources to fix and update the actual values of currency exchange. The reference currency used by the payment system to manage the users' credit is Euro, others are used to show prices in the currency of the user.
